Cookie policy
Every cookie and storage item we use, and how to control them.
What this covers
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works the same way but is never sent to our servers. This policy lists every cookie and browser storage item PlannerWick uses, why, and how to control them. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

Categories
- Strictly necessary: needed for the site to work, such as signing in, remembering your choices and keeping the plan you're working on. These can't be switched off here, but you can clear them in your browser.
- Preferences: remember your display and accessibility settings. If you switch these off, settings still work but reset on your next visit.
- Referral and measurement: credit partners who send you to us. Off unless you allow it. Our visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
- Advertising: not used.
Third parties
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address but sets no cookies. City search and weather use Open-Meteo, which sets no cookies. Cloudflare, our host, may set the security cookies listed above when it checks for bots.
Your choices
- On this site: any time. The same link is at the bottom of every page.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, we treat it as “Essential only” automatically.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies and site data. Clearing PlannerWick's site data also deletes any plan you haven't saved to an account, so download or save first.
Changes
If we add a new cookie or storage item, we'll list it here first. If it needs your consent, we'll ask again.
